As a 4-star hotel we are looking for an experienced and talented flexi-Demi-Chef de Partie to become part of our dedicated kitchen team. The Demi-Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing both cold and hot dishes during flexible shifts in the evening. -performing mise-en-place
-preparing, arranging and garnishing dishes and buffets maintaining quality
-assist the Chef de Partie and Supervisors in daily kitchen operations and ensure the smooth running of your section
-coordinating and supervising the work of the Commis
-looking after the general hygiene, tidiness and cleanliness in the kitchen and the strict observance of HACCP and safety standards

Vaardigheden en persoonlijke kenmerken:

-experience in a similar function in a restaurant or hotel
-culinary degree or equivalent certification
-strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
-ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-flexible to work various shifts during the week and/or weekends
-multilingual is a plus
-you are a teamplayer


Available between 15pm to 23pm.
